About Us

  2. About Us

I am a retired Level III Dressage Instructor and missed my love of connecting horse and rider to become partners.

I had the good fortune in my life to have the guidance of an excellent instructor from Austria. He changed my perspective on the value of the horse’s mind, as well as physical ability. Going forward , it is my desire to share what he instilled in me , which has proven itself to this day. I love the technical aspects of training combined with the softness and understanding often overlooked in working with both horse and rider. Once you get that feel – and come together – it is amazing!

After years of working horses on my own – like many of you – I needed motivation to keep working with my horse at home or a barn.

I am offering the opportunity  to have an instructor at your fingertips. It is not my intention to take your coach away from you.  I understand life has changed for many of us over the last couple of years. I understand the high when you have a great lesson with your instructor or coach then head home. Part of the equation is sorting out your lesson plan in your head and the other is getting the actual motivation to get back on your horse and practice alone with all the things  life throws at us once we get home.

Am I doing it right? Why isn’t my horse responding, getting round, on the bit or listening to me . All things that stop us from going out to practice again.

You and your horse are living ,breathing entities always in motion.  Virtual Video allows you to see what you and your horse are actually doing and have the benefit of reviewing your ride as many times as you wish. Each session is recored through zoom .

I AM NOT DISCIPLINE OR BREED-SPECIFIC AND WELCOME ALL LEVELS OF RIDERS AND HORSES. Is as easy as SHARING your video to my email – EquestrianVVC@gmail.com
